Notice for a Public Hearing on Monday, Oct. 5, 2009, at 7:45 p.m. in Fairhaven Townhall for a Variance of 9 feet from the center of Brookfield Road for Mr. Gene Risch. He wants to build a pole shed to store his pontoon in, and Stearns County Environmental Services measured and the new building would be 56 feet off the center of the road. It would measure 24 x 32 x 10 foot side walls. Mr. Risch does not want to go south towards the lake as he would have to remove a very large oak tree and he would also have to haul lots of fill to make it a level spot for the building. The address is 5375 Brookfield Road, South Haven, MN 55382.
This public hearing is open to anyone wanting to attend.
