Kevin J. Owen is requesting a Variance on his property located at 1445 Basswood Road, South Haven, Minn., Parcel # 09.05410.000/001, Section 01 TWP122N R28W. Mr. Owen is replacing his RV mfg. home and deck with a large mfg. home; 60 feet by 24 feet, and the Variance is for the set-back from Basswood Road. He is removing everything from this property but a 10 feet by 12 feet storage shed. The septic system is being enlarged to handle a 3-bedroom unit. This is going to be a summer residence only.
This is following Sec. 504.3 of the Fairhaven Zoning Ordinances. The present set-back is 65 feet from this road.
