The Sauk Rapids Farmers Market will hold a grand opening event Thursday, July 19, with special attractions including music, face-painting, and a prize drawing. The market opened officially for its first season July 5. The market will be open each Thursday through October from 3-6:30 p.m. at Living Waters Lutheran Church, 1911 4th Ave. N. near the intersection of Hwy. 15 and 18th Street N. in Sauk Rapids. The market will feature vegetables, herbs, fruits, cut flowers, perennials, organic bread mixes, natural bath and body products, caramel corn, and more.
