June 12 marked the first Farmers Market in Kimball (at least in this century). In this photo, is Donna Roerick, one of those instrumental in starting a farmers market in Kimball. About a dozen vendors came from as far as Foley and Bowlus, although most were more local. Things should pick up as more produce comes into season.The farmers market is open each Friday from 3:30-6:30 p.m. in the parking lot behind Triple R (just off Hwy. 15 on the north side of Kimball).
