The Kimball School Board held their Feb. 10 Regular Meeting beginning at 6 p.m.
The board accepted a request for reduced hours, and a revised leave of absence request from an elementary teacher, and approved spring coaching assignments.
The principals reported on the 2025-2026 Course -Registration Guide, Sno Daze Activities, -Semester 1 Honor Roll, the CMMA Meeting the high school hosted, kindergarten registration, One Book One School activities, and the Achievement and Integration Grant budget.
The superintendent gave a construction update, proposed a work session, Resource -Training and Solutions Board elections, 2025-2026 calendar, and facilities and activities committee meetings
The board reviewed policies 522 and 524.5, approved the 2025-2026 Course Catalog, the Resolution Providing for the Optional Redemption and Prepayment of the District’s Outstanding General Obligation Tax Abatement Bonds, Series 2024A, the first revision to the FY25 budget and the Achievement and Integration Budget for FY2026. Matt Lindberg was appointed as school board representative to the Kimball Scholarship Committee, and student fees were discussed
