Legal Notice FILING TO OPEN FOR KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL SEATS The City of Kimball will be taking applications for Affidavits of Candidacy to be placed on the City General Election Ballot to be voted on Nov. 2, 2004, for the following offices: o Mayor (two-year term). o Councilmember (four-year term). o Councilmember (four-year term). The Clerk/Treasurer/Administrator will start taking applications at the City Office, 1 Main St. N., on Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2004, through Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004, at which time filing closes at 4:30 p.m. You must indicate which office you are filing for and pay a $2 filing fee.
