NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voter(s) of Forest Prairie Township County of Meeker, State of Minnesota, the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday of March being the 17th, and if inclement weather also postpones the election and meeting on the third Tuesday, they shall be held on March 24th.
The Election Poll hours will be from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
One Supervisor for a term of Three (3) years
One Treasurer for a term of Two (2) years
The Annual Meeting will convene at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business as prescribed by law.
The Election and Meeting will be held in the Watkins City Council room.
