Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Officers for Forest Prairie Township
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Forest Prairie Township, County of Meeker, state of Minnesota that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday March 8, 2016. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday on
March 15th and if inclement weather also postpones the election and meeting on the third Tuesday they shall be held on March 22.
The Election Poll hours will be open from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
?Ä¢ One Supervisor for a three year term
?Ä¢ One Clerk for a two year term
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the Watkins City Office.
