Free class in Litchfield on Children’s Mental Health

When do you seek help for your child’s behavior? What information do you share with a professional? This class will help you learn: warning signs, diagnostic assessment process, and treatment options. Learn from experienced parents about mental health treatment options that may help your child. What Works, What Helps, Treatment Options in Children’s Mental Health is a free class sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Minnesota that looks at challenging behaviors in children and provides ideas for parents to help them. The class will be held in Litchfield from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, June 7, at Meeker Memorial Hospital, 612 S. Sibley Avenue.
