Kimball girls?Äô softball competed in the State tournament for the second year in a row. This year the girls lost their first game but won the next two games for the Consolation Championship. The team includes (in back) Julia Zipoy, Danielle Terwey-Lyrek, Katie Merchant, Emily Utecht, Stephanie Hurrle, Kari Schiefelbein, Rachel Utecht, Tori Harren; (in front) Abbey Schiefelbein, Alexa Ruehle, Kenzie Leither, Katie Spaulding, and Justice Boyer. Not pictured: Kaylee Hechtel. Five of the girls have now graduated (Emily, Kari, Kaylee, Stephanie and Alexa) so this was their final high school season, finishing 21-4.
