Graduation ceremony held for KES sixth-graders

Kimball Elementary School held a special graduation ceremony for the sixth-grade class, their families and friends on Friday, May 30. During the ceremony, teachers of the graduates presented each student with a certificate and a string of blue beads. Three students addressed their class.  Class president Brian Wells said, “As we go on to high school we will remember these [elementary] experiences forever.” Katie Fickle, vice-president of student government, talked about how the class pulled together that year, and proclaimed “Congratulations sixthgrade class of 2003. We did it!”
