The Great Northern Theatre Company is offering two $250 scholarships to high school seniors who have had an interest in theatre during their high school career. Since 1998, 47 scholarships have been awarded. Scholarship applications can be found on the GNTC website www.gntc1.com, under the ?ÄúLinks?Äù tab. Application deadline has been extended to April 30, 2017.
GNTC is gearing up for its summer production of ?ÄúHello, Dolly!?Äù Auditions will be held at ROCORI High School Choir Room on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 30, and 31, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. The production will run Aug. 3-6, and 9-11, 2017.
The theatre company is also looking for directors for its Fall and Winter shows, which are held in November and February, respectively. Choice of show will be determined by the board of directors, but an applicant may also present a show of his/her choice for consideration. Visit their web site for applications.
