Children ages 7-12 are invited to The Kimball Public Library for a “Happy Chinese New Year” celebration. The program will take place on Saturday, Feb. 24, from 10-11 a.m. Children will learn about the Chinese New Year, enjoy some treats and make a Chinese craft.
