Hearing on amendment – schedule of fees Sept. 21

Notice of public hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a public hearing on September 21, 2010, at 7 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 1 Main St. N. Kimball. The purpose of the hearing is to review and consider the amendment of Chapter Two Ð Administration, Section 215 Ð Schedule of Fees 215.02 including but not limited to Off-Sale intoxicating Liquor License, Club Liquor License and Police Accident Report Fees charged by the City. All interested persons are invited to comment in person or in writing. Questions may be directed to the City Clerk/Treasurer at (320) 398-2725.
