Spring has definitely sprung at Heritage House. The vegetables are coming up and the grass is growing in the front lawn and along the road. Our residents have enjoyed gardening and spending afternoons on the patio. Lask week, Heritage House hosted the monthly managers meeting for the Heritage Houses throughout Minnesota. Fifteen staff members from Pequot Lakes, Blackduck, Windom, Sebeka, Bemidji and Kimball attended the meeting. Staffers met for about nine hours, and discussed the exciting things happening in the various Heritage House facilities. They were also updated about the yearly surveying process by the state of Minnesota. The state will conduct surveys as to whether requirements are being met in all assisted living facilities in the state. Please feel free to stop in for free coffee and snacks in our dining room at any time.
