Hilltop Care Center in Watkins celebrated its 30th birthday with an indoor exhibit of its history, and an outdoor picnic. More than 340 people enjoyed a picnic supper, in spite of intermittent rain showers. Mike “Gig” Noonan, an Emergency Services employee at Paynesville Area Health Care System (which owns Hilltop), provided entertainment.
