Resource Training & Solutions in Sartell is offering a 2-hour evening session from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24. This presentation will assist with understanding the spectrum of anger in children and adolescents, how anger impacts the brain and body system, and consider how anger and rage can occur and be supported in family systems.

 

During the presentation you will learn tools on how to help children and adolescents reduce anger as their go-to response, and have intervention ideas for professionals, caregivers, and parents for when a child is angry. Amber Morrighan specializes in trauma related therapies. Additionally, she has worked with children as young as 4, and a variety of adults. She is a family-focused therapist and is passionate about assisting in strong bonds between children and caregivers. She enjoys bringing good humor and engaging topics so that others can grow in their ability to connect with children.
