Legal Notice NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 739, KIMBALL, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the general election has been called and will be held in and for Independent School District No. 739, Kimball, State of Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 4th day of November 2003, for the purpose of electing three school board members for a four-year term and one member for a two-year term. Serbus o ____________________________ o ____________________________ o ____________________________ school board member; two-year term; vote for up to one Put an (X) in the square opposite the name of the candidate you wish to vote for: o Marguerite Laabs o Tim Peglow o ____________________________ The combined precincts and the polling place for this election will be as follows: Combined Precinct No. 1, City of Kimball and Townships of Maine Prairie, Fair Haven, Luxemburg, Kingston, Lynden and Forest Prairie, at Kimball Area High School, South Gym Foyer. Precinct No. 2, City of St. Augusta, at St. Augusta City Hall. Any eligible voter residing in the school district may vote at said election at the polling place designated above for the precinct in which he or she resides. The polls for said election will open at 2:00 p.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m. on the date of said election. A voter must be registered to vote to be eligible to vote in this election. An unregistered individual may register to vote at the polling place on election day.
