Interagency Notice of Change in Control

The Ella E. Meyerson Revocable Trust, u/a/d September 23, 2011, (Minneapolis, MN), and trustee, Ella Meyerson (Minneapolis, MN) and the Ella Elizabeth Meyerson 2008 Irrevocable GST Trust dated December 22, 2008 (Atwater, MN), and co-trustees Ella Meyerson and David Gutzke (Minneapolis, MN), each intend to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to acquire and/or retain shares of Cattail Bancshares, Inc., Atwater, MN (Cattail), and thereby join the Meyerson group acting in concert that collectively controls 25 percent or more of the shares and thereby controls Cattail. Cattail controls Harvest Bank (Kimball, MN) and Citizens State Bank of Waverly, Inc. (Waverly, MN). The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice. 

You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Attention: Applications Officer, Division of Supervision, Regulation and Credit, P.O. Box 291, Minneapolis, MN 55480-0291. The comment period will not end before September 17, 2020, and may be somewhat longer. The Board’s procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262.25.
