Isabelle Johnson, formerly of Kimball, died Jan. 19, 2004, in Columbia Heights. A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at Grace United Methodist Church in Minneapolis with Pastor Kathleen Kielinski officiating. Burial will be in Maine Prairie Cemetery this spring. Isabelle Johnson was born Sept. 1, 1911, in Kimball. Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband Clifford, her parents, and two sisters and a brother. She is survived by her son Franklin (and Barbara) Johnson; grandchildren Gregg (and Kathy) Johnson, Paul Johnson, Melissa (and Roger) Ketter; and great-grandchildren Amy, Alex and Grace. Memorials are preferred to Grace UMC. Music was provided by Nelda Hart, organist, and soloist Bob Anderson. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Northeast Chapel in Minneapolis.
