The Cubs hosted the BBE Jaguars last Friday, May 12. The Jaguars put up four runs in the first and never looked back. Kimball saw four runners cross the plate in the third inning for their only runs of the game. BBE defeated the Cubs 18-4.
Austin Donnay received the nod for the Cubs. He pitched four innings. Austin gave up
11 runs on seven hits. He walked six and struck out four. Brandon Guggisberg, and Alan Schmidt each pitched an inning for the Cubs.
The Cubs had two hits in the game. One each by Greg Antigua and Matt Loch. Oliver Straley, Donnay, Antigua and Guggisberg all scored runs for Kimball. Guggisberg added two steals.
