Jesse Roberts died Wednesday, June 9, 2003, at the Fairview University Hospital in Minneapolis. He was 17 days old. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 11, at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church in Kingston. Interment followed at the Swan Lake Lutheran Cemetery. Friends visited Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services at the church. Jesse Devon Roberts was born June 22, 2003, to Clayton and Denise Roberts of Kingston. He is survived by his parents; brothers Chandler and Tracey; sisters Tanja, Brandie and Maleah; grandparents Dennis and Yvonne Kangas of Amboy, Wash., Clayton Roberts of Chamberlain, S.D., and Darlys Roberts of Sheridan, Wyo.; great-grandparents Ellen Kangas of Lake Nordin, S.D., Edna Foley of Battle Ground, Wash., Jim and Ruth Roberts of Sheridan, Wyo., Robert Kenobbie of Platte, S.D., and Rosella Kenobbie of Trent, S.D., and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Casket bearers were Chandler, Tracey and Jordan Roberts and Dennis Kangas, Jr. Arrangements were by Johnson Funeral Home in Dassel.
