John Loch, 52

John Loch died early Tuesday morning, July 17, 2018, at his Frazee, Minn., home surrounded by family, after a one-year battle with brain cancer. He was 52.

A celebration of life will take place Friday, July 20, at River of Life Assembly of God at 22881 178th Ave., Cold Spring. Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. with Rev. Dave Oler officiating. Please join the family in wearing gray to support brain cancer awareness.

John Mathew Loch was born Dec. 28, 1965, to Harold and Sharon (Krumrie) Loch. He married Lois Marie Stangler, the love of his life, Sept. 12. 1987. They built a house in Kimball and resided there for 26 years. They had four children Cassandra (and Dan) Edelbrock, Tyler (and Kendra) Loch, Brandon (and Meghan) Loch, and Holly Loch. In 1999, he started his own business Capital Concrete, Inc., and he retired at the age of 50. He enjoyed hunting, icefishing, and woodworking with his saw mill. His greatest joy was becoming a grandpa this past year to two grandbabies Kallen and Cambria. July 2, 2017, John became a follower of Jesus Christ and was a faithful believer until his end.
