Jolene Czeswik of Maple Grove died Saturday, June 5, 2004, from injuries sustained in a car accident. She was 18.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 10, at the Church of St. Joseph the Worker in Maple Grove with Rev. Michael Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Maple Grove. Visitation was from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 9, at Gearty-Delmore Chapel of Plymouth, and one hour prior to Mass at the church.
Jolene M. Czeswik was born April 11, 1986, in St. Louis Park.
Jolene was preceded in death by her grandmother Beverly Alama and aunt Paulette Jones.
She is survived by her father Mitchell Czeswik; mother Carol (and Dennis) Kuechle; aunt and uncle Char and Kim Williams; special cousin Kristi; grandmother Mary Shields; uncles Roscoe Jones, Mark (and Linda) Jones, and Matt (and Jenny) Jones; aunt Lisa Spaulding; other relatives and many special friends including students and staff at Maple Grove Senior High School. Pallbearers were Jimmy Dale Blair, Robert Busch, Mike Say, Doug Say, Jacob Koosman and Matt Ellgen.
