·

Jordan Rossman, formerly of Kimball, died unexpectedly Saturday, March 1, 2025, at his Waite Park home due to health complications. He was 20.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, with a Remembrance Service at 7 p.m., at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Kimball. The service will be live-streamed at www.dingmannfuneral.com.

Jordan Lee Scott Rossman was born July 16, 2004, in Onamia, Minn., to Katrina (Mains) Rossman. He was adopted by Chris Rossman when he was 10. Katrina and Chris raised him in Kimball along with his younger sister Sabrina. Jordan was a 2022 graduate of Kimball Area High School. Following graduation, Jordan worked for Willow Creek Concrete, now Amcon Block, in Kimball.

Those who remember Jordan will recall his infectious smile and his quirky antics. Some of these antics included driving around, occasionally flipping his vehicle in his light-hearted adventures, and hiding silverware in a classic ploy to dodge doing the dishes, a playful testament to his mischievous spirit. He had a special ability to fall asleep anywhere from a tree, floor, or even the toilet. He had a deep affection for his cat who was cherished as one of his closest companions. An avid outdoorsman, Jordan loved fishing off the dock and hunting, finding solace and joy in nature.

Jordan’s independence was remarkable; despite the challenges he faced from epilepsy and diabetes, he approached life with tenacity and a fierce determination. He was a true fighter who never let his circumstances define him, often opting to navigate life’s challenges on his own terms.

Jordan was preceded in death by his grandfather Dennis Rossman; great-grandparents Darlene and Gerald Busse, Linda Kinney, Edwin and Marie Rossman, and Joseph and Maryetta Mueller; and great-uncle Wayne Busse.

He is survived by his mother Katrina Rossman (and Chris Stelzner) of Chisago City; father Chris Rossman (and Amy Oneal) of Kimball; sister Sabrina Mains of Kimball; grandparents Annella Rossman of Clearwater, Dawn and Dan Driggins of Lindstrom, and Rick and Rose Mains of Onamia; great-grandfather Peter Mains of Onamia; bonus siblings Christine, Kiah, and Caleb Stelzner, Alex and Kassie Meyer, and Silas and Mason Oneal; and aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, and friends.
