Junior high students receive many awards

Eighth-grade academic awards Eighth-graders receiving the Presidential Academic Excel-lence awards were Matthew Dingmann, Patrick Hancock, Jonathon Hanley, Jeffrey Hunt, Aaron Lahr, Katie Lochen, Stev-en Lochen, Morgan McKee, Felicia Menson, Lindsey Ostby, Sonny Schiefelbein and Joelle Wysoski. Eighth-graders receiving Presidential Academic Achievement awards were Kristin Eisenreich, Kelsey Hanson, David Lueders, Cole Wittenberg, Steven Winkelman, Amber Froehling, Sara Asfeld and Mara Rippentrop. Junior high student government Students receiving certificates for participating in junior high student government were Logan Bever, John Hanley, Jeff Hunt, Jesse Wills, Katie Lochen, Ashley Lommel, Mara Rippentrop, Megan Wills, Richard Diffley, Josh Heath, Zachary Kuseske, Derek Orbeck, Laura Arnold, Kayla Kastanek, Christina Nelson and Ashley Schiefelbein. JV Knowledge Bowl  Patrick Hancock, Morgan McKee, Mitch Nystrom, Brandon Stein and Dan Stein were recognized for their participation. National Science Olympiad Seventh grade students receiving olympiad awards were Danielle Hagg, Jill Messer, Courtney Colwill, Joseph Harter, Heather Ryan, Brian Johnson, Josh Cleveland, Karl Hunt, Theresa Kummer, Scott Stenger and Sarah Wittrock.
