strong at BBEBy Erik Kask, CoachKimball’s junior high wrestlers made an impression at the nine-team wrestling tournament hosted by Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa last Thursday, Nov. 29. Of the seven Kimball wrestlers who participated, five finished with medals. John Hanley, seventh grade, and Erich Deutsch, ninth grade, each finished first in their brackets. Chris Barthel, seventh grade, Jermey Vinar, eight grade, and Andy Diffley, eight grade, all finished second in their brackets. Dylan Kaskinen, eight grade, and Brad Schindele seventh grade, also had good matches.
“I am very pleased with the way we performed,” said coach Kask. “The kids showed a lot of determination and pride.”
