The Kimball boys basketball team lost to Eden Valley-Watkins, 69-46, on Thursday, Feb. 2 (halftime score was 39-23, EV-W).

“The game was close and competitive to start. We were ahead 14-13 with 10 minutes remaining in the half. Then EV-W went on a run to take a 10-point lead. We struggled with rebounding, and they were able to convert second-chance points. Also, we shot very poorly from the field. At the break, we trailed by 16. In the second half we managed to cut into the lead to get within 11 points, but could get no closer. The loss put us at 6-12 on the season,” said Coach Jay Klein.
