The Kimball Area High School’s (KAHS) football, volleyball and cheerleading squads are selling MEGA cards the week of Aug. 23. The MEGA cards offer a combination of discounts and savings to the card holder through higher value discounts. Eleven businesses in Kimball and many in St. Cloud offer deals on the card. Some of the St. Cloud businesses include Crossroads Mall, Green Mill Restaurant, the Ground Round and Panchero’s. The cards cost $20 and are good for one year. Proceeds from the fundraiser are used for local awards given by the various teams throughout the school year. Proceeds will also offset costs of the annual Activities Night and Hall of Fame induction which will be held May 6, 2005. The KAHS Letterwinner’s Club would like to thank the following Kimball businesses for contributing to the MEGA card fundraiser: Anthony’s Lawn Statues, Stanley’s Family Restaurant, Hair Do’s Family Hair Care, Images by Marguerite, Aqua Lanes, Bill and Toni’s Cafe, Gohmann’s SuperValu, Kimball Express-o, A.M. Maus and Son, Kimball Golf Club and Schmidty’s Kimball Conoco.
