Kenneth Myllykangas of Kingston died Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025, at Lakeside Generations in Dassel. He was 93. 
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at Kingston Apostolic Church with Pastor Bob Tumberg officiating. Interment of the urn will be at the Kingston Apostolic Cemetery will follow. A gathering with the family will be held one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
Kenneth Roy Myllykangas was born Sept. 30, 1931, in Kingston to Roy and Lempi (Antti) Myllykangas. Kenny grew up in rural Kingston, and he attended school in Kingston. Following school, Kenny began his career as a heavy equipment owner and operator. He was in partnership with his dad and brother at Roy Myllykangas and Sons Inc. until retiring in 2001. Kenny was a member of
Kingston Apostolic Lutheran Church. He loved collecting and restoring antique tractors, and attending numerous tractor shows.
Kenny was a charter member of the Kingston Lions Club, and a member of the Central MN Two-Cylinder Tractor Club.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, sister Gloria Stiff, and brother Harley Myllykangas.
He is survived by his sister Joyce (and Stanley) Smith of Kingston, and many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Johnson Funeral Home in Dassel is in charge of the memorial service arrangements.
