To Whom It May Concern:
The Council of the City of Kimball will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk until
5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2017, for the purchase of the following a water tender.
The specifications are on file in the City Clerk?Äôs office. A copy of the specifications will be furnished to any prospective bidder. Bids must be made on a cash payment for the property. Bids must be directed to the City Clerk and being securely sealed with a statement on the outside wrapper describing the item for which the bid is being submitted. Bids will be opened and considered by the City Council at 8:00 p.m. in the council chambers March 7, 2017. The City Council reserves the right to reject all bids.
