ADOPTION OF AMENDEMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE 1141 WHICH REPEALS THE TEXT OF ORDINANCE 1141 REGARDING SIGNS AND REPLACES IT IN ITS ENTIRETY WITH NEW REGULATIONS REGARDING SIGNS SUMMARY PUBLICATION
The City of Kimball has adopted an Amendment to Zoning Ordinance 1141 which repeals the text of Ordinance 1141 regarding signs and replaces it in its entirety with new regulations regarding signs.
The purpose of this Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is to create standards and requirements for the location of signs within the City of Kimball, provide landscape fencing and screening requirements, set back conditions, height and size restrictions, lighting and other regulations dealing with the construction, use, removal, and replacement of signs. The Ordinance defines various types of signs and sets forth the requirements for obtaining permits for signs within the City of Kimball.
This publication is a summary of the Amendment to Ordinance 1141 which repeals the text of Ordinance 1141 regarding signs and replaces it in its entirety with new regulations regarding signs.
The full text of Ordinance 1141 is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office of the Kimball City Clerk.
The Ordinance was adopted by the City Council of Kimball on the 6th day of October, 2015 and shall be effective upon publication.
