The Kimball Fire Department and Kimball Firefighters Auxiliary want to thank everyone who came to our Red Cross Blood Drive Wednesday, Jan. 18. We had an overwhelming turnout of our regular donors with 17 walk-ins and several which were turned away because of not having any spots available.
We thank Father Tom and members of St. Anne?Äôs Church for the use of their facility as well as the Legion Auxiliary for serving the meal to the workers and volunteers. We appreciate the
Tri-County News for their willingness to publish all of our blood drive announcements.
With the combined efforts and volunteers from the Fire Department, Kimball Firefighters Auxiliary, several wonderful ladies from senior dining, and the National Honor Society, we hope to continue to grow these blood drives as the need is great.
