KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N., to consider the following:
A request by Kimball Christian Church for a variance from the 35 feet maximum height regulation of any building in the Highway Commercial/Business District to 39’ 5/16’’ in height for the property located at 241 Highway 55 W.

1/4 SE1/4) of Section 3, Township 121 North, Range 29 West, Stearns County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the northerly right of way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway 55.
Together with the East 320.00 feet of the West 470.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4 SE1/4) of Section 3, Township 121 North, Range 29 West, Stearns County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the northerly right of way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway 55.
Together with the East 200.00 feet of the West 670.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4 SE1/4) of Section 3, Township 121 North, Range 29 West, Stearns County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the northerly right of way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway 55.
Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed request will be heard at this hearing or you may send your written comments, which need to be received no later than Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020, at 6:30 p.m.
