Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N., to consider the following:
A request by Brandon and Kimberly Looman for a variance from the 900 sq. ft. of gross area for a garage that is allowed in Residential District to 1,000 sq. ft. of gross area for a garage for the property located at 455 Elm St. N.
