Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N., to consider the following:
A request by the City of Kimball for the property located at 51 Spruce Avenue W. is requesting a variance from the 9 square foot wall sign that is permitted in a residential district to a 65.4 square foot wall sign on the North side of the building.
