The Kimball Cubs eighth-grade softball team celebrated an undefeated season with a perfect 10-0 record.
The team showcased powerful hitting, including four players who hit home runs, one of whom achieved a rare cycle. Their success was built on a foundation of strong defense and consistent pitching. Mid-season saw one player move up to JV, creating an opportunity for talented seventh-graders to contribute, with one even adding a home run to the team’s impressive tally.
