The Kimball Express Baseball Association will hold its annual meeting Monday March 19, at 7:30 p.m. at Kimball Area High School. The meeting will be short and to the point with the past year board members giving a PowerPoint presentation explaining the past year budget and upcoming year budget. They will also discuss past projects and how they were completed, along with the future projects slated for Kimball Veterans Memorial Field and the vision the association has for the field. Plus a look at what the team does yearly for fund raisers. This is an informative yearly meeting that gives the community an understanding of what the Kimball Express Baseball Association is all about and what it is we strive to do yearly within the community other than just playing baseball. The meeting will also see nominations for new board members. Anyone interested in being a part of baseball in the community should look at attending. Parents of kids who participate in baseball at any level within the Kimball community are strongly urged to attend and show your support. By attending you will have the opportunity to join the association at no cost and volunteer some time if that is your choice. You can still come to the meeting and offer opinions without joining; your support in general is strongly encouraged.
