Invitation to bid
The Kimball Express Baseball Association will be accepting sealed bids for advertising space above the scoreboard at Kimball Veterans Memorial Field located along State Highway 15 in Kimball. (Space available is six feet by sixteen feet)
All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used for improving the field and facilities at the ballpark!
If you are interested in presenting a bid for this space you can obtain a bid form from Jeremy Kuechle at the office of Kuechle Underground at 10998 State Highway 55 in Kimball. (located 2 miles west of Kimball on Hwy. 55), or call Jeremy at (320)

Sealed bids must be received by 3 p.m., March 21, 2014.
Sealed bids will be opened and considered at our next board meeting after the bid date.
The winning bidder for the scoreboard advertisement will get visibility from:

?Ä¢ Kimball High School baseball games.
?Ä¢ Kimball Legion Ball baseball games.
?Ä¢ Kimball Express On Field Bean Bag Tournament.
?Ä¢ Kimball Days Softball Tournament and surrounding Kimball Days activities.
?Ä¢ Numerous other activities taking place at or near the ball park.
?Ä¢ State Highway 15 visibility in 30 mph speed limit zone.
