Kimball Express completed its weekend sweep by defeating the Eden Valley Hawks 18-4 on another warm 80-degree day. Ben Johnson made his first start of the season on the mound, going four innings, allowing 0 runs, on 2 hits, striking out 7, and allowing 1 walk. Andy Dingmann pitched the fifth inning picking up the win. He was relieved by Joe Von Wahlde in the sixth, and Matt Dingmann in the eighth.
Offensively, the Express had the bats going, collecting a team total 18 hits.
