Kimball FFA members attend state conference

Nearly 160 FFA members from 58 chapters across Minnesota gathered at Deep Portage July 6-10 for the Minnesota State Leadership Conference for Chapter Leaders. Kimball members in attendance were Kari Mackereth, Emily Linn, Whitney Thielman, Janelle Kuechle and Chris Sheehan. Premier leadership, personal growth and career success were the focus of this year’s conference. Sessions were presented by the six state officers and eight regional presidents. Sessions focused on teamwork, public speaking, etiquette, communication skills and Living to Serve plans. The conference also provided the opportunity to meet FFA members from across the state and form new friendships.
