Why do we love the game of golf? It is a sport that combines the best of nature. Golf offers opportunities for relaxation, companionship, accomplishment and we can play this game for a life time. Its rules are almost always self-
enforced, making it a game of character and sportsmanship. The challenge of competition is present on every shot because the golfer compares not only with others, but also with themselves. Who can deny the joy of a well-hit drive or sinking a putt?
More than any other game, golf is about self control, restraint of personality, and the mastering of the emotions!
