With chipping shots to the green, you should focus on a spot on the green where you want the ball to land. Once you decided where that spot is, let your shoulder rotation stroke allow you to get the ball to that spot on the green. Remember, speed control is very important with chipping and putting.
You will be good with your chipping if you think of this tip, ?Äúminimum air time, and maximum ground time.?Äù In other words, use a less-lofted club when you are chipping.
?ÄúRelax. Enjoy the walk between shots. That?Äôs your chance to loosen up so your next shot is comfortable.?Äù ~ Julius Boros.
