NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter, at Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N., to consider the following:
A request by Ben & Ellie Fox of Fox Haven Farms, LLC to amend the City’s Comprehensive Plan for the parcel of property identified below from Urban Residential (R1) to Agricultural (AG) for an Agricultural Products Processing Facility
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4 SW1/4) and that part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 SW1/4) of Section 3, Township 121, Range 29, Stearns County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said NE1/4 SW1/4; thence North 88°21’44” East (assumed bearing) along the north line of said NE1/4 SW1/4 for 386.59 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence South 2°15’30” East for 653.40 feet; thence South 88°21’44” West for 400.00 feet to the northerly extension of the west line of Outlot A, Fiftyfive West, a duly recorded plat; thence South 2°15’30” East for 671.85 feet to the northwest corner of said Outlot A; thence North 88°17’42” East for 19.60 feet to the southwest corner of said NE1/4 SW1/4; thence North 88°17’06” East for 1314.05 feet to the southeast corner of said NE1/4 SW1/4; thence North 3°12’00” West for 1323.87 feet to the northeast corner of said NE1/4 SW1/4; thence South 88°21’44” West for 911.90 feet to the point of beginning.
