Kimball holds on against South in finale

In their final game of the season Kimball traveled to South Junior High in St. Cloud. Caden Petersen pitched for the Cubs. Petersen threw 5.1 innings for Kimball. He gave up six runs on five hits. Petersen struck out five, and walked five. Tanner Kuseske came in to pick up the save for the Cubs. He gave up one hit, and struck out two to close the game in the 8-6 victory.

The Cubs had five hits in the contest led by Garret Rosenow with two. Ryder Schwieters and Kuseske each scored two runs. Schwieters added two RBI. Kimball finished the season with a record of 9-6-1.
