Coach Mortenson and myself would like to congratulate the Kimball girls’ junior high basketball team. We had 13 girls participate this year in the seventh- and eighth-grade. This is an awesome group of talented student athletes. They are hard-working, and made considerable improvements this year during their season with their basketball IQ and skills including outstanding shooting, tenacious defense, and selfless team play.
In conclusion of their junior high season, we are proud to introduce them as our current Kimball girls’ C-squad basketball team! In conjunction with our senior high girls’ teams, they will continue to develop their skills under Coach Kuechle, Coach Stangle, and myself Coach Spaulding.
Lastly, Coach Mortenson and myself would like to thank the parents of these junior high girls for their support on and off the court. As with all our student athletes at Kimball, they are a group of smart, respectful, and hard–working -athletes! We invite you to continue to support all our Kimball student athletes.
