April 30, 2007 Kimball 3 – Holdingford 4 The Kimball JV baseball team played at Holdingford last Monday. Andy Dingmann pitched extremely well for six and 1/3 innings, striking out six hitters and allowing eight hits and four earned runs. Andy took the loss for the Cubs. Scott Stenger led the hitting attack with three hits. Zak Kuseske, Tommy Linn, Ron Antiel, Tom Winkleman, and Tyler Gregory each added a hit. Scott Stenger scored two of Kimball’s four runs. May 1, 2007 Kimball 4 – Eden Valley-Watkins 1 5 innings Zak Kuseske allowed one unearned run over five innings and picked up the pitching win for Kimball. Zak struck out six and gave up seven hits. Tommy Linn, Tom Winkleman, Bobby Arens, and Ron Antiel each had a hit for the Cubs. May 3, 2007 Kimball 7 – Maple Lake 3 Tommy Linn pitched a seven-inning complete game for Kimball, and picked up the pitching win. Tommy gave up eight hits and three runs while striking out eight hitters. He also added three hits, two steals and two RBI. Seven other Cub players added hits including: Adrian Young, Zak Kuseske, Tom Winkleman, Andy Dingmann, Burke Tagney, Stephan Kurkosky, and Tyler Gregory. Tom Winkleman drove in two runs for the Cubs.
