July 12, 2007 Albany 16 – Kimball 6 Albany blew the game open with an eight-run third and Kimball was unable to pull back in. Albany 9-0 in Legion play came in and played good baseball, Kimball trailed by two after two innings and kept it close until the third. Kimball Hitting: Jason Tenney 1-2, Ben Knaus 1-3, Matt Dingmann 1-2 DBL 2 RBI, Sam Scheeler 1-1, Adam Magnuson 1-1 DBL, Kimball Record 2-7 July 14, 2007 Paynesville Tournament Kimball 1 – Sacred Heart 8 Kimball was only able to get three hits in the game and one run. Although they did draw five walks. They were unable to bring them home in the first round of the Paynesville Tournament.  Kimball Hitting: Tommy Linn 1-4 DBL, Ben Knaus 1-4 Run SB, Travis Rose 1-1 Kimball Record 2-8 Kimball 15 – BOLD 5 After a disappointing start to the Paynesville tournament, Kimball’s bats turned around in the second game. Travis Rose pitched a complete game, stiking out six. Kimball scored six runs in the top of the fifth to give them the ten-run rule win.  Kimball Hitting: Ben Knaus 1-2 2 Runs RBI, Andy Dingmann 1-4 Run, Travis Rose 2-2 3 RBI Run SB, Ron Antiel 2-3 DBL Run, Burke Tagney 2-2 Dble, Bobby Arens 1-4 Kimball Record 3-8 July 16, 2007 Kimball 2 – Sauk Centre 13 Kimball pitching allowed 13 runs in the first inning, which was too much for Kimball to come back from. Sauk Centre hit the ball well and hit it to the gaps in the outfield to bring home runs. Matt Dingmann came in to shut down Sauk Centre, allowing no runs in the remaining four innings.
