Then in the bottom of the sixth inning Matt Dingmanns two run Homerun gave Kimball the lead for good and secured the first Legion victory of the year. Timely hitting by Richmond, along with errors by Kimball was the difference in the game. Kimball hitting: Sam Scheeler 2-3 2TRPLS, Andy Dingmann 2-4 Kimball record: 1-4 June 25, 2007 Kimball 12 – St. Joe 6 Andy Dingmann pitches four good solid innings to pick up the win, as Travis Rose comes in to finish the game. Patients at the plate for Kimball also helped as the boys had 14 hits altogether, four of which were for extra bases. We hit the ball well and the defense covered some good ground to get guys out.
