June 7 Kimball 3 – Holdingford 13 Kimball Legion Baseball team traveled to Holdingford in its first game of the Legion season. Kimball struggled from the plate and the field allowing 13 runs in six innings. After a 20 minute rain delay, Kimball was able to score on a couple Holdingford errors but it was to little to late. June 11 Upsala/Swanville 6 – Kimball 5 Kimball pitcher Bobby Arens struck out nine over six innings, but Kimball fielders gave up six unearned runs and it was to much for the Legion team to overcome. Kimball did have the winning run on first with two outs in the bottom of the seventh, but a ground ball out ended the game.
